This is an entry-level (63) hour course required by the State of Florida, to obtain your real estate license and is a prerequisite for taking the State Exam.
The course is designed to provide knowledge of principles, practices, and laws of real estate. The program includes the textbook and all materials.
This class is approved and accredited by the State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation.
You will be able to ask questions, engage and interact with other students and Instructors, and take breaks and lunch.
NOTE: You must attend the full class schedule to get credit and be permitted to take the end-of-course exam.
